Looking for a fresh approach to enhancing your images?  Coalesce is a creative workshop designed to incite growth and advancement for the modern image maker.  It’s about post- visualization.  We will take great pictures and make them even better though post-production techniques. The workshop is not ony about post-processing techniques, but about knowing when to say when in Photoshop. We will look at Photoshop as a tool to enhance images rather than fixing them.

DIY:

Take creative control over your image!  You’re the boss!  Emphasis is placed on learning Photoshop techniques that open wide the doors of personal vision. Rather than giving you a series of buttons to push, you will learn WHY you push the buttons and what happens when you push the buttons.  It is like the old saying goes: “Give a man a fish and you have fed him for a day, teach a man to fish and you have fed him for a life time.”

The Lowdown:

Topics of discussion include color saturation, creative color (muted color and vintage tones), toning (like split toning, warm toning, and cool toning), and incorporating textures and borders into imagery.  File management, workflow, and finishing touches (like sharpening and local adjustments) will also be covered.

Round and Round Classic Collage Set:

The Round and Round Classic Collage set is a set of Photoshop layered files that can be used for album designing, print designs, and card designs. The classic nature of these collages are sure to last a long time. No need to buy extra software or learn yet another application. If you have Photoshop you can use these collages. The set includes 20 collages, video tutorials, and a Photoshop Collage Action for faster production time. The collages are all set up on a 12×12 file size and contain Photoshops layers which make them fully customizable. Examples will be up soon!
